Kellen Murphy
Director of Discovery Operations

Kellen  joined Inventus in May 2011 as Senior Project Manager.  Kellen is a former practicing litigator and brings ten years of  detailed industry experience both in a law firm and litigation services provider setting. With five years experience in litigation, Kellen has managed multi-district litigation collections, reviews and productions, and has litigated a variety of electronic discovery issues. Most recently in her role at a national litigation support company, Kellen directed numerous project efforts and advised clients on best practices for electronic discovery and defensible search methodology.  She was responsible for delivering various solutions for collecting, processing and hosting data. Her legal education and practical experience allow Kellen to direct the breadth of services required by Inventus clients.  Kellen is an MCLE provider in the state of Illinois, providing continuing legal education (CLE) on a variety of topics. She has a  J.D. from Tulane Law School and a LL.M. in Information Technology and Data Privacy from the John Marshall School of Law with a focus on international data collection. She is fluent on all software platforms licensed by Inventus and is a subject matter expert on Clearwell and Relativity.

Jennifer Anderson

Director of Strategic Solutions

Jennifer joined the Inventus leadership team in October 2011.  She brings a decade of legal industry experience to her new role as Director of Strategic Solutions. Prior to joining Inventus Jennifer held a senior management role within Jenner & Block’s Applied Technology Group where she served as the data team lead for all internal ESI data processing, database setup and maintenance, quality control measures, solutions development and strategic consulting to case teams. Most recently, Jennifer gained international experience working at Allens Arthur Robinson, a leading Asia-Pacific law firm based in Sydney, Australia, where she served in a specialized project management/ analyst role providing both technical and consultative support to the Applied Legal Technology team as well as the Firm’s case teams. Jennifer combines her background in Communications, law experience and an aptitude for technology to provide legal professionals with distinctive e-discovery knowledge and insight. Over her career she has had hands-on experience working with a wide range of legal software and platforms including Concordance, Summation, CaseLogistix, Ringtail, LAW and Relativity.

Bryan Melchionda

Senior Discovery Consultant

Bryan joined Inventus in August 2011 as Senior Discovery Consultant.  Bryan advises law firms, corporate legal and IT teams on e-discovery best practices and streamlining the process to reduce both risk and cost.  He has consulted for Fortune 500 corporations and Am Law 100 law firms in many high profile e-discovery cases.  His experience includes sitting as a 3rd party expert during a Meet and Confer conference for a large Pharma litigation and recently led a team to design an optimized document production lifecycle for the world’s largest active anti-trust litigation.  He has conducted numerous CLE course on the topic of e-discovery and was a speaker at the 2008 American Bar Association annual meeting and the 3rd Annual Risk Management Insurance Conference.  Bryan is Six Sigma certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hoftstra University.  He is currently pursuing his Masters at Marist College.

Erick Drobinski
Project ManagerErick joined Inventus in December 2010 as a Project Manager.  His goal is to use his experience, knowledge, and education to provide elite services and to guide clients through an ever-changing e-discovery world.  Prior to joining Inventus, Erick spent two years in the e-discovery field as an attorney reviewing documents on a variety of platforms, leading projects, managing other attorneys, and coordinating with teams overseas. Prior to entering the legal field, Erick gained valuable experience working for large companies that include Abbot Laboratories and Johnson Controls.  As a Business Integration Analyst at Abbott Laboratories, he worked closely with Abbott’s Finance and IT Departments where he developed reporting tools for their Global Financial Database.  In addition, he developed processes to audit Abbott’s databases to improve the integrity of their reporting tools.  While at Johnson Controls, he developed processes for internal audits in their Supply Chain Department. Erick was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2008 after earning his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and Bachelors of Science in Operational Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Marquette University.

Ed Fiducia
RVP and Senior E-Discovery Consultant Ed joined Inventus in April 2009 as a leader in the both the company’s Business Development and Project Management Divisions.  Throughout his 18-year career in the legal technology space, Ed has been a technology expert while also possessing a solid understanding of the legal discovery process – a rare combination.   Beginning with document imaging in the early 90’s, through the evolution of database creation, e-discovery, hosted applications and concept search technologies, Ed has worked in virtually every aspect of the industry. Ed currently works with Inventus clients and the whole PM team to customize review workflows and determine appropriate e-discovery solutions from both a technology and Discovery Management standpoint.

John Colangelo
Senior Review Solutions Consultant John has been with Inventus since 2006 and currently serves as the senior thought leader for all review solutions.  He is certified on the Concordance family of products and Relativity and is fluent in LAW and Clearwell.  John engineers unique client workflows in our review environments and his team provides ongoing support and training for the end users working within our licensed products.  He routinely interfaces directly with case leads and litigators to ensure that our client reviews run as efficiently as possible.  Prior to joining Inventus, John worked in Software Quality Control and managed User Acceptance Testing.
